MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- Ohio's women's golf team finished up at the Golfweek Any Given Tuesday Intercollegiate on Wednesday afternoon (March 30), after three rounds of competition (March 28-30). As a team, the Bobcats finished in 14th place after shooting an overall team score of 935 (+71). Individually, Ohio was led by Mariana Vega-Rivera's score of +9, good for a finish in T-14. 

The first 18 holes of play stretched into the second day after darkness cut the first day short. Ohio finished in a tie for 11th place with their team score of 307 (+19), and Vega-Rivera's scorecard of 73 (+1) was the best individual score going towards the team. Alicia Porvasnik competed as an individual this week, and shot a 72 (E) through the first 18 holes, good for a tie in 3rd place heading into the second day of competition. 

The second round once again stretched into the following day due to darkness. The Bobcats remained in 11th place after the second round after shooting a 312 (+24) overall as a team. On the individual front, the Bobcats were led by Vega-Rivera once again, after she turned in a scorecard of 74 (+2). Her effort through the first two rounds put her in a tie for 7th place, best on the team.

The final round wrapped up with Ohio in 14th place after the Bobcats shot an overall team score of 316 (+28) to finish with a 935 team score over the three rounds. Both Vega-Rivera and Catherine Loftus turned in a team-high 78 (+6) on the final 18 holes of competition.

Ohio will finish out the regular season in early April, as they travel to Bowling Green, Ohio to partake in the 2022 Dolores Black Falcon Invitational (April 9-10).
