MUNCIE, Ind. – The third-seeded Ohio volleyball team (19-10, 13-5 MAC) is set to begin play at the 2022 Mid-American Conference Tournament on Sunday night, hosted by the No. 1 Ball State. The Bobcats will take on the No. 6 Buffalo (18-12, 10-8 MAC) at 7 p.m. inside Worthen Arena.
The 2022 Mid-American Conference Volleyball Tournament begins tomorrow (Nov. 20) with the quarterfinals matches, followed by the semifinals on Monday (Nov. 21). The Championship Match will be held on Tuesday (Nov. 22) at 4:30 p.m.
Ohio will compete in the quarterfinal for another chance at the MAC title, after falling to Bowling Green, 1-3 in the semifinal last season. This will be the Bobcats 22
nd appearance in the MAC tournament.
The Bobcats enter the tournament at 19-10 overall and an 13-5 mark in MAC play after finishing the regular season third in the conference. Ohio split its series with Buffalo during the regular season, falling 2-3 in the first match. The Bobcats rallied back in the second matchup, collecting a 3-2 victory over the Bulls.

Caitlin O'Farrell (Suwanee, Ga.) and sophomore outside hitterÂ
Caroline Clippard (Cincinnati, Ohio) were named to the All-MAC First Team. Additionally, freshman opposite hitterÂ
Anna Kharchynska (Kyiv, Ukraine) earned a spot on the All-MAC Freshman Team.
With a win, the Bobcats will take on No. 2 Bowling Green on Nov. 21 at 7Â p.m.
