Mount Pleasant, Mich.—The Ohio wrestling team returned to action on the road this afternoon (Jan. 30), falling to MAC opponent Central Michigan, 24-10.

At 133, redshirt junior Giovanni DiSabato (Hilliard, Ohio) won with a 15-7 major decision. Freshman Sal Perrine (Northfield, Ohio) took the lead at 174 pounds in the third period with a takedown, ultimately defeating his opponent with a 3-1 decision.

At 184, freshman Zayne Lehman (Akron, Ohio) won his dual with a 3-2 decision. In an extra match at 197 pounds, redshirt sophomore Carson Brewer (Avon, Ind.) won with a technical fall.

The Bobcats continue MAC competition on the road against Kent State on Friday, February 4 before heading to Cleveland to take on Cleveland State on Saturday, February 5. Both matches are set to start at 7 p.m.
