CLEVELAND – Redshirt sophomore guard Erica Johnson (Mansfield, Ohio) was named Mid-American Conference East Division Player of the Week, the league announced Tuesday (Feb. 18).

In Ohio's only game of the week - an 84-70 win over Miami - Johnson flirted with a triple-double. Johnson posted 23 points on 8-of-20 shooting with four made threes. Johnson added nine assists and eight rebounds, including one on the offensive end.

Johnson is averaging a team-best 17.7 points per game and 7.4 rebounds per contest. In MAC play, Johnson is averaging 21.4 points per game and 7.4 rebounds.
