QUOTABLE
“I’m not really sure what it felt like, but I knew we needed it. I anticipated that they would try and stop me so I knew I just had to make the basket and make it a three-point play. And then make the free throw.†â€"Lexie Baldwin on the layup to tie the game.
“We knew that coming into this game that it was going to be a good game. They’re a good team and have good players and we have good players. We just had to stick to our principles. Coming back, it was neck and neck the whole game, we knew that in the fourth quarter we’d have to come with it. No one was going to back down and it had to come down to the last play. We just had to pull through.†â€" Lexie Baldwin on the game in general.
