Junior Jennifer Bushby's six assists tied her for fifth place on Ohio's single-season assists ledger. She passes Darla Dutro's mark of 141 (1981-82) and ties Renee Robare's tally of 143 (1996-97). Bushby has 143 assists this season and 292 in her career.

Junior Jenny Poff's six three-point field goals set a new career high and secured sole possession of third place on Ohio's career made three-point list with 113. She passes Lauren Kohn's tally of 112, set from 2006-08. She also moved into fourth place on Ohio's single-season made three-pointers list with 62, overtaking Cathy Szall's mark of 58 and Lauren Kohn's mark of 59. Her previous career best in a game was five, a feat she accomplished twice, most recently against Buffalo on Jan. 7, 2009.

Senior Lauren Hmiel tied a career high in assists with five. She previously tallied five against Bowling Green on Jan. 10, 2009. Her 17 points marked the 17th time she has scored in double digits out of the last 19 games. She has scored at least 15 points in 10 out of the last 12 games.

Sophomore Kamille Buckner added a block to ownership of Ohio's single-season blocks record. Her mark currently stands at 54.

Freshman Da'Kiesha Mann blocked a shot, tying her career high. She blocked a shot previously against Utah Valley on Feb. 17, 2009.

Freshman Maxine Ohakim tallied an assist, tying her career high. She previously registered an assist against Western Michigan on Feb. 11, 2009.

Ohio outrebounded Kent State 36-23. Ohio has been outrebounded in only seven games this season.

Ohio made 10 3-pointers tonight, a season high. The previous season best stood at eight, coming against Cleveland State on Dec. 19, 2008. Ohio's 18 attempts are the second most this season. The `Cats' most attempts is 20, set against Kent State on Jan. 17, 2009.

The win marks Ohio's third straight win, the longest win streak this season. The win also put Ohio in a tie for second place in the MAC East, a position which potentially secures a first-round bye in the MAC Tournament.
