Wade Miller currently serves as the Assistant Coordinator of Sport Operations for Ohio Athletics, serving as the Event Manager for field hockey and baseball while supporting game-day operations for football, men's basketball and women's basketball. He helps coordinate event management, facility operations and logistical efforts across multiple sport programs. Miller previously served as the Assistant Coordinator of Athletic Facilities at Ohio University, assisting with facility oversight and departmental projects. Prior to arriving at Ohio, he worked as an Event and Facility Operations Intern at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he served as the lead football intern, assistant event manager for men's basketball and event manager for swim and dive. Miller also contributed to a variety of department operations, including branding initiatives, credentialing, access management and manual development.

A native of Westfield, Massachusetts, Miller graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2025 with bachelor's degrees in Sport Management and Management. Now, he is working on earning both his MBA and Master of Sports Administration through the dual-degree program at Ohio University. Miller enjoys staying involved in the sport industry through professional organizations, including NACDA, CEFMA and the Stadium Managers' Association.
