Turnbaugh enters his first season as Director of Video and Recruiting Services in 2022.Â
In his current role, Turnbaugh focuses on ensuring the filming of all practices and games for further use and review by the coaching staff and players. Turnbaugh will also assist the staff in recruiting efforts including evaluation, prospective student-athlete visits, database management and social media content.
Prior to entering his full-time role, Turnbaugh spent his time as an undergrad at Ohio working in the film and recruiting departments since 2018.
From 2017-2018, Turnbaugh served as a quality control assistant with Parkside HS in Salisbury, MD.
Turnbaugh graduated in May 2022 with a B.S.M. in Sport Management and a B.B.A. in Business Analytics, while minoring in Coaching Education.
Turnbaugh is originally from Laurel, Del. where he graduated valedictorian from Laurel High School.
