Sydney Boals currently serves as the Assistant Coordinator of Corporate Partnerships with Learfield Ohio Sports Properties, supporting corporate partnership initiatives and helping deliver value to partners through Ohio Athletics. She assists with sponsor activation, client engagement and game-day partnership fulfillment while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Boals previously worked for the Center for Sports Administration as the lead graduate assistant for the 2027 Texas Field Experience, helping coordinate program operations and student engagement initiatives. She gained valuable experience in event planning, communication and program management through her work with the Center for Sports Administration. Boals was a four-year member of the Florida State University Women’s Swimming & Diving program, competing at the NCAA Division I level. During her career as a Seminole, she represented FSU at the ACC Championships and earned recognition on the ACC Academic Honor Roll. She was also named the program’s Most Improved Swimmer for the 2021–2022 season, recognizing her growth, dedication, and performance in the pool. Her experience as a Division I student-athlete helped develop the competitive mindset, leadership, discipline, and teamwork she carries into her professional career today.
A native of New Albany, Ohio, Boals is a 2025 graduate of the Anne Spencer Daves College of Education at Florida State University, earning a degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business. Now, she is working on earning both her MBA and Master of Sports Administration through the dual-degree program at Ohio University. In her free time, Boals enjoys watching movies, reading, cheering on her favorite sports teams and spending time with friends.
