Noah Spielman joined the Ohio Athletics’ staff in July 2024 as the Associate Director of Football Strength and Conditioning. Spielman organizes and leads football strength and conditioning programs, including, offensive and defensive lineman fieldwork, short- term and long-term injured players and programs and leads the developmental group. Spielman also manages and produces GPS reports utilizing Kinexon technology.
Previous to Ohio, Spielman was a strength and conditioning graduate assistant at Northern Arizona University. He coached the sprinters, jumpers, women’s swim and dive and football team by leading and creating comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for athletes. Spielman also has strength and conditioning experience with Air Force Football and Speed and Strength Society in Colorado Springs. He also worked as a scouting intern with the Minnesota Vikings.
Spielman earned his CSCS Certification from the NSCA and is FMS level 1 certified.
Spielman played football at the University of Toledo and Wheaton College (IL) where he graduated with a bachelor’s in business and economics. He received his Master’s of Education in Educational Leadership (community college/higher education) from Northern Arizona University in May 2024.
Originally from Columbus, Spielman currently resides in Lancaster with his wife Lauren, their son Shepherd and their golden retriever, Chili.
