Dr. Michelle Pride, PhD is Ohio Athletics’ Psychologist and Sports Embedded Clinician.

Prior to Ohio, Dr. Pride worked at Louisiana Tech in their Counseling Center. Completing her counseling psychology doctoral program at Michigan State University, and securing an internship at Colorado State University in their counseling center.

Dr. Pride won the OUtstanding Administrator Award in 2023-2024 for her contributions to the University. When she’s not at work, you can find Michelle hiking, kayaking, doing yoga, knitting, gardening, crafting, or listening to podcasts.
