Matt Molde

Matt Molde is the General Manager of Ohio Sports Properties, a division of Learfield. In this role,
Molde manages corporate partnerships and advertising for Ohio Athletics, overseeing the Learfield
staff and working with the department to grow its sponsorship portfolio. He also serves as the
Executive Producer of the Ohio Sports Network – the largest radio network in the Mid-American
Conference – which produces more than 60 live game broadcasts and shows each year. During his
time at Ohio, Molde has led record-setting revenue totals for the property and created numerous
multi-year partnerships with leading brands and employers in southeast and central Ohio including
OhioHealth, Kroger, General Mills, Holzer Health System, GoMart and Coca-Cola.

Prior to his time at Ohio, Molde held a dual role with IMG College where he served as General
Manager for the company’s Mid-American Conference property in Cleveland and also was a
member of the National Sales team, managing key accounts in Ohio and Michigan.

Having spent his entire career in the collegiate multi-media rights industry, Molde has also had
career stops at Georgia Tech (Asst. GM) and the Southeastern Conference (Account Executive) and
began his career as a graduate sports marketing intern at the University of South Carolina.

A graduate of Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, Molde also holds a Master’s
Degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University. He resides in Athens with his wife,
Missy, and their children Emma and Zach.
