Jaxon Lucas currently serves as the Assistant Coordinator of Sport Operations for Ohio Athletics, serving as the primary sport contact for women's volleyball while assisting with game-day management, operations and facility oversight across multiple sport programs. He also supports event operations for football, men's and women's basketball and swim and dive. Lucas previously worked as an Event Operations Supervisor with Laurier Athletics, managing event and game-day operations across three varsity teams. In that role, he also served as the head statistician for basketball, overseeing the statistics crew and managing game operations at the scorer's table. Lucas held the position for two years and gained extensive experience in event management, operations and game administration. He was also a student-athlete at Wilfrid Laurier University, competing as a short stick defensive midfielder for the Golden Hawks lacrosse program while also playing Junior B Lacrosse for the Point Edward Pacers.

A native of Point Edward, Ontario, Canada, Lucas earned an Honors Bachelor of Kinesiology with a minor in Biology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Now, he is working on earning both his MBA and Master of Sports Administration at Ohio University. In his free time, Lucas enjoys golfing with friends and trying out new courses.
