Ethan Tamborski currently serves as an Assistant Coordinator of Compliance for Ohio Athletics, where he supports NCAA rules monitoring, rules education, and recruiting compliance across the department. He works closely with coaches, staff, and student-athletes to ensure the program operates within NCAA and Mid-American Conference regulations and assists with day-to-day compliance operations and gameday recruiting oversight. Prior to this role, Tamborski spent a year as a Graduate Assistant in Ohio University's Business Academic Advising and Career Services (BAACS) office, where he conducted one-on-one career coaching, helped facilitate the College of Business Career Fair, and served as a teaching assistant for Career Management courses. He was also a four-year member of the Ohio University Division II Hockey Team, serving as Vice President and VP of Marketing and Media Relations, as well as a two-time alternate captain, earning TSCHL First Team honors three times, Southeast Region First Team once, and Southeast Region Second Team twice.

A native of Irwin, Pennsylvania, Tamborski is a 2025 graduate of the College of Business at Ohio University, earning degrees in Sport Management and Business Analytics with a minor in Marketing. He recently completed his MBA and is now finishing his Master of Sports Administration as a triple Bobcat through the MBA/MSA Dual Degree program. In his free time, Tamborski enjoys golfing and spending time with his friends, family, and 2 dogs, Polly and Leo.
