Dylan Bly currently serves as the Assistant Coordinator of Equipment Services for Peden Stadium, where he assists with laundry, gear organization, and other general tasks around the equipment room. He also organizes and oversees preseason and regular season football practices for football, as well as other projects related to field hockey, track and field, and swim and dive. He began working with Ohio Athletics in July 2026.
A native of Winchester, Virginia, Bly is a 2024 graduate of Shenandoah University, earning a degree in Business Administration and Sports Management. Now, he is working on obtaining his Master’s degree through the MBA/MSA Dual Degree program.
