Charlie Nowinski currently serves as the Assistant Coordinator of External Engagement (Revenue Generation), focusing his efforts on implementing new revenue generation programming, managing inventory and allocation of pouring rights product, and operating premium spaces on gamedays for football and men’s basketball. During the 2025-2026 academic year, he previously worked as a Career Management Graduate Assistant in the Business Academic Advising & Career Services department at Ohio University, tasked with conducting resume, cover letter, and job & internship searching appointments with College of Business students, as well as being a teaching assistant in career management courses. Nowinski has relevant experience working within athletics, ranging in roles among sales, operations, marketing, social media, merchandising, and event management.
A native of Upper Arlington, Ohio, Nowinski is a 2025 graduate of the College of Education and Human Development at Bowling Green State University, earning a degree in Sport Management and Marketing. Now, he is currently in the MBA/MSA Dual Degree program at Ohio University, earning his Master of Science in Sports Administration. In his free time, Nowinski enjoys staying active through running, playing pickleball, and watching sporting events. He is a former NCAA Division I cross-country student-athlete, gaining the Academic All-MAC award three times and racing in all four Mid-American Conference Championships and NCAA Regional meets.
