Bella Heinmiller currently serves as the Assistant Coordinator of Compliance for Ohio Athletics, assisting in the monitoring of athletic programs for adherence to NCAA, Mid-American Conference and University policies. She helps support compliance operations and works to ensure Ohio Athletics maintains institutional and conference standards. Heinmiller previously served as the Assistant to the Head of the Master of Management Program, providing administrative and program support. Through her experience in both academic and athletic settings, she has developed a strong background in organization, communication and operational support.
A native of Colorado, Heinmiller attended Western Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado, where she studied Sport Management, Business and Spanish. Now, she is working on earning both her MBA and Master of Sports Administration through the dual-degree program at Ohio University. In her free time, Heinmiller enjoys playing volleyball, crafting and watching football and hockey.
