Allison Jalowiec is entering her fifth year at Ohio and was recently named Assistant Coordinator of Athletic Director Operations and Communication.
In her current role, Jalowiec helps to oversee and coordinate gameday operations in premium suite areas as well as assist with day-to-day correspondences to the Athletics Director.
Jalowiec recently wrapped up a two-year term as the Student Director of Athletic Communications where she served as the primary contact for volleyball, men’s and women’s cross country, and women’s track & field. Throughout the 2022-23 seasons, Jalowiec and the Bobcats hosted the first & second rounds of the NIVC and the Mid-American Conference Cross Country Championships. During these events, in addition to a variety of other in-house tournaments, invitationals and competitions, Jalowiec arranged the communication efforts and operations.
Jalowiec started with the communications department in 2019 as a student assistant and has served as a volunteer media coordinator for the past three MAC basketball tournaments. Jalowiec has also held internships with the Cleveland Guardians and Lake County Captains and has experience working Super Bowl LVI and the Ryder Cup.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Jalowiec graduated Summa Cum Laude in the spring of 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. Jalowiec just completed her Master of Business Administration and will receive her Master of Sport Administration in the spring of 2024.
