2023: Made 50 starts in the 50 games played in… Finished with a .333 batting average with 49 hits in 147 at bats… Scored 18 runs, registering 25 RBI, seven doubles, two triples and two home runs… Awarded with NFCA All-Mideast Region Second Team Honors and named to the Academic All-District Team… Earned Second Team All-MAC.
2022: Saw action in 10 games, making four starts…hit .133 with two hits and one RBI…Drew three walks…Ended the season with a pinch-hit single against Bowling Green in the MAC Tournament.
2021: Played in 31 games with 24 starts for the Bobcats… Batted .256 with 20 hits and 10 RBI… Drew 11 walks with three stolen bases… Recorded three hits ad one RBI against Toledo (Apr. 9)… Academic All-MAC.
*2020 – Played and started all 26 games for Ohio between first base and DP…Recorded a .320 batting average with 19 hits, 14 runs scored, five doubles and nine RBI…Had a .320 slugging percentage and a .371 on base percentage…Drew 11 walks and had two stolen bases…In the field, recorded a .976 fielding percentage with two errors and 80 putouts…Recorded her first career hit, a double, against Furman on Feb. 8…Went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and an RBI against Indiana State on Feb. 15….Had six multi-hits games.
Prior to Ohio: Played softball for the California Suncats and has earned four varsity letters at Calaveras High School. Last season, Dawe recorded a .540 batting average and a .577 on base percentage. She registered 54 hits, 48 RBI, while scoring 26 runs and recording a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage. Dawe is a three-time First Team All-League and a three-time Mother Lode League All-Academic selection, while also being named the Mother Lode League MVP the past two seasons. During the 2017-18 season, Dawe led the Mother Lode League in RBI. Dawe has also led her team to three-straight Mother Lode League Championships and two-straight Sac/San Joaquin Division V Section Runner Up status.
Personal: Dawe is the daughter of Katy and Steve Dawe and has one sister, Olivia. Dawe is planning to major in Sociology and Criminology in hopes of one day becoming a probate officer.
