2017-18: Made his freshman debut at the Kentucky Bluegrass Invitational where he posted an 8K tie of 24:43.8, a season-best … Competed at the 2017 MAC Championships and posted an 8K time of 25:28.5 … Ended the season at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships and finished the 10K with a time of 32:34.6 … Was named NCAA Division I Male Freshman of the Year and to the Men’s Academic All-MAC team after the fall season.
