2024: Started in 16 games for the Bobcats and played 690 minutes… Named Academic All-MAC.
2023: Appeared in all 16 games, starting one for the Bobcats… Accrued three points off of one goal and one assist on the season… Assist came against Maine (Sept. 3)… Goal came in a 7-0 victory over Longwood (Sept. 29)… Shot on goal percentage of .667.
PRIOR TO OHIO: Beitzel was a key contributor to both the field hockey and lacrosse teams as a four-year varsity athlete. A two-year captain, she led her field hockey team to a 14-3-1 record and an appearance in the state quarterfinals during her senior season. During her 2022 season, Beitzel also picked up numerous individual accolades: All-Conference Keystone Division Player of the Year, All-Conference Keystone Division First Team, Pre-Season Player to Watch, Female Athlete News All-Star First Team, and PennLive Mid-Penn All-Star Second Team. Beitzel also won her team's Individual GPA Award in both 2021 and 2022.Â
PERSONAL: The daughter of Mike and Brenda Beitzel, Beitzel also has two sisters: Ally and Ava. During her time in Athens, Beitzelis focused on receiving a degree in exercise physiology.
