ATHENS, Ohio— The Ohio football program's 2026 Homecoming game is set for 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10.Â
The Bobcats are set to host the Central Michigan Chippewas, marking the teams' 37th time meeting since 1972. They last faced off in 2024 in Mount Pleasant, Mich., with Ohio returning to Athens victorious. That victory marked the first time Ohio defeated Central Michigan in consecutive seasons since 2001. The teams last clashed in Athens in Nov. 2023; Ohio's exciting 34-20 midweek MACtion win was its first victory over Central Michigan since 2011.Â
Ohio hits the road this weekend to take on the South Alabama Jaguars in Mobile, Ala. on Saturday, Sept. 19. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. CT/7 p.m. ET and can be seen on ESPN+.Â
The Bobcats will return to Athens on Saturday, Sept. 26, when they host the Stonehill Skyhawks for Family Weekend. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET and can be seen on ESPN+. Fans are encouraged to wear white; purchase tickets today at OhioBobcats.com/Tickets.
