Ohio Field Hockey Announces 2026 Promotional Schedule

ATHENS, Ohio – Ohio Athletics has announced its promotional schedule for the 2026 field hockey season.
The Bobcats will host eight games at Pruitt Field this fall as they celebrate their 75th University and look to compete for a MAC Championship. Fans can enjoy themed games, giveaways and promotions throughout the season.Â
Ohio kicks off the 2026 season at home hosting Michigan State on Aug. 28Â at 1 p.m. Fans can grab their 2026 schedule poster at the marketing table
On Sunday, Sept. 13 the Bobcats welcome Davidson for Alumni Day and 75th anniversary celebration! Join us as we welcome back our alumni to Pruitt Field and celebrate 75 years of field hockey at Ohio. Fans will receive a rally towel with the 75th anniversary logo.
Fan's are encouraged to wear green for a green out against App State on Sept 25.
Ohio Field Hockey will Turn It Gold on Oct. 2 in support of raising awareness of childhood cancer.
It's Bark at Pruitt time on Oct. 4, bring your four-legged friends out to our game against Mercyhurst and get a collapsible dog bowl! It is also Senior Day, join us early was we recognize our graduating seniors!
On Oct. 16, wear white for a white out against James Madison
The Bobcats will close out the regular season on Oct. 30 against Kent State for Halloween at Pruitt. Fans are encouraged to wear costumes, no masks or weapons allowed. We will have candy for those in costume.
