ATHENS, Ohio— Peden Stadium is the place to be this fall. With six home games in the 2026 regular season, the Bobcats are looking to continue defending Frank Solich Field and extend their 13-game winning streak in front of their fans.Â
Â
Kick things off by wearing green for Band Day on Saturday, Sept. 12, when the Bobcats host the Jacksonville State Gamecocks at 6 p.m. ET. This matchup isn't one to miss—the two teams last clashed at the 2024 StaffDNA Cure Bowl, where the Bobcats came out on top with a 30-27 win to clinch the program's first 11-win season. Notably, Ohio has won its last four home openers, highlighted by a 17-10 victory over the West Virginia Mountaineers (Sept. 6, 2025).
Â
Ohio returns to Athens for Family Weekend on Saturday, Sept. 26. Wear white for the 3:30 p.m. kickoff against Stonehill.Â
Â
The team wants to see the stands full of green and white for their Homecoming game against Central Michigan on Saturday, Oct. 10. Students should wear white and general fans should wear green.Â
Â
Close out Saturdays at Peden by donning your favorite Bobcats gear to celebrate the team's seniors when Ohio hosts Eastern Michigan on Saturday, Oct. 24, for Heroes Day. Join us as we honor the courage, sacrifice, and service of our military members and first responders who protect and support our communities every day.Â
Ohio is set to spend the first two weeks of November on the road; welcome the team back to Peden on Tuesday, Nov. 17, by wearing black for the 7 p.m. game against the Ball State Cardinals.Â
Â
The Bobcats return to Peden one last time for a Black Friday matchup against Toledo on Friday, Nov. 27. The 2026 Fan Appreciation game is slated to kick off at 12 p.m. ET; fans are encouraged to show their Ohio pride by filling the stadium with their favorite green apparel. Â
