CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Ohio men's basketball team will enter the 2026 Mid-American Conference as the No. 6 seed and will take on No. 3 Kent State on Thursday, March 12, in the MAC quarterfinals. That game will tip off following the first three games of the tournament and 30 minutes following game three. Thursday's quarterfinal can be seen on ESPN+.  

With a win, Ohio would take on the winner of No. 2 Akron and No. 7 Buffalo on Friday, March 13, at 7:30 p.m on CBS Sports Network.
