Ohio Women’s Basketball Welcomes Three Athletes on National Signing Day

ATHENS, Ohio – The Ohio women's basketball team welcomes three signees, Sienna Allen, Kamie Ellis and Blossom Wallace, as announced by head coach Bob Boldon on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
 
Sienna Allen | 6-1 | Guard | Portsmouth, Ohio | Portsmouth H.S.
Allen joins the Bobcats from Portsmouth, Ohio where she earned four varsity letters for basketball at Portsmouth High School. She also earned one varsity letter for volleyball. During the 2024-25 season, Allen was named Division 5 Player of the Year (Prep Girls Hoops), District 14 Player of the Year, All-Southeast District Player of the Year, First Team All-Ohio in addition to leading her team to an Ohio Division 5 Basketball State Championship title. She is also two-time First Team All-District honoree (2023-24, 2024-25), three-time First Team All-OVC honoree (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25), three-time District 14 First Team honoree (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25) and is a two-time OVC Player of the Year (2023-24, 2024-25). Allen is a two-time OVC Champion (2024, 2025) and was a 2024 Ohio Division 3 State Semi Finalist.
 
Allen is the daughter of Brooke and Terrell Allen. She has one brother, CJ, and one sister, Salem. Her mother, Brooke, played basketball at Pittsburgh. Her father, Terrell, played football at Pittsburgh and UNI. Her cousin, Gage Hughes, played baseball for the Kansas City Royals. Her aunt, Amy Hughes, played basketball at UConn and Xavier. Her aunt, Beth Hughes-Monroe, played basketball at Marshall. Her aunt, Abby Hughes, played basketball at Morehead State. Allen enjoys church, spending time with family and friends and doing nails.
 
Kamie Ellis | 5-9 | Guard | Port Charlotte, Fla. | Miami Country Day
Ellis joins the Bobcats from Port Charlotte, Fla. where she earned four varsity letters for basketball at Miami Country Day (2024-25, 2025-26) and Charlotte High (2022-23, 2023-24). Throughout her high school career, Ellis has played in 76 games and compiled 915 points, 313 rebounds, 224 assists, 246 steals and 24 blocks. Ellis helped her Miami Country Day team to a 2024-25 State Championship title.
 
Ellis is the daughter of Latitia and Kendall Ellis. She has two brother, Khamal and Khyre.  Her brother, Khyre, plays basketball at Arkansas University Newport. Her favorite athlete is Stephen Curry and her favorite team is the Las Vegas Aces. Ellis enjoys swimming, watching movies, music and drawing.
 
Blossom Wallace | 6-0 | Forward | Pickerington, Ohio | Pickerington Central
Wallace joins the Bobcats from Pickerington, Ohio when she earned four varsity letters for basketball and soccer at Pickerington Central. As a freshman, she averaged 6.5 PPG, 4.0 RPG, 2.0 APG and 1.5 SPG. As a sophomore, Wallace averaged 8.3 PPG, 4.0 RPG, 2.0 APG and 1.5 SPG. As a junior, she averaged 10.1 PPG, 6.0 RPG, 3.0 APG and 2.0 SPG. Wallace has earned several accolades including 2024-25 DI Ohio Honorable Mention and 2024-25 First Team OCC. She helped her team reach the State Final Four in 2023 and 2024. In 2025, Wallace and her team won the State Championships.
 
Wallace is the daughter of Christopher and Brandi Garner Wallace. Wallace has one brother, Garner, three stepbrothers, Evan, Isaiah and Adae and four sisters, Bailey, Bexley, Brooklyn and Berry. Her father, Christopher, played baseball at Wright State. Her sister, Bailey, played basketball at Kent State. Her sister, Bexley, played basketball at Penn State and Kent State. Her brother, Garner, played football at Northwestern. Her sister, Berry, plays basketball at Illinois. Her step-brother, Evan, ran track at Ohio State. Wallace enjoys watching movies, listening to music and watching the Steelers.Her favorite team is the Steelers.
