ATHENS, Ohio— Ohio football alumnus
TJ Jackson (Cumberland, Va.) has earned an invite to rookie minicamp from the New Orleans Saints.
Jackson was a staple in the Bobcats' offensive line in 2021, playing in all 12 games. Prior to Ohio, he played in 24 career games on the offensive line at Virginia Tech, making two starts at right guard as a redshirt junior in 2019. Jackson played high school football at Cumberland County High School and was listed as a three-star prospect by ESPN.com and ranked the 38
th best player in Virginia and the 84
th best offensive tackle in the nation. Jackson was also ranked a three-star recruit by 247Sports, the 51
st player in the state of Virginia and the 110
th offensive tackle in the nation.
