Tim Joyce graduated with a BBA in 1978 and an MSA in 1979. He played basketball from 1976-1979. He was a recipient of the Glenn C. Randall Lifetime Achievement Award. From 1978-1979, he was named First Team All-MAC. He had his best FG% (season) from 1977-1978. From 1976-1979, he had his best scoring average. He played in the Pizza Hut Classic in 1979. Overall, Joyce had 1468 career points. In 1979, he was then drafted into the NBA to the Cleveland Cavaliers. From 1999-2000, he was the President of Fogdog. From 1980-1999, he was the Vice-President of Nike, Inc. He was on the Board of Directors for Sporting Goods Manufactures Association. He was also on the Board of Directors for World Federation Sporting Goods Industry. He was also an Ohio University Sports Administration Distinguished Alumni Award recipient in 1998.
