Robert Snyder quarterbacked Ohio from 1931-1934 to a 24-9-2 slate and went on to stardom with the Chicago Bears. He was All-Ohio and All-Buckeye. While with the Bears, Snyder helped his team win four titles and three world championships. He is credited with helping install the T-formation at Notre Dame and Maryland. He later coached the Cleveland Rams when they won the World title in 1945, the Los Angeles Rams, Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers.
