Marcy Keifer Kennedy was on the Ohio University Women’s Swim Team from 1989-1993. She was an All-American in 1990 and 1991. She was a part of the 400-yard medley relay team which became an All-American Team. She was MAC Champion in the 200-yard medley relay and the 400-yard medley relay. Individually she was a MAC Champion in the 100-yard backstroke in 1990 and 1993 and a MAC Champion in the 200-yard backstroke in 1993. At the time, she was a MAC record holder in the 100-yard backstroke. In her time, she held multiple Ohio School Records, such as in the 200-yard medley relay, 400-yard medley relay, and the 100-yard backstroke. She was also an All-MAC honoree in 1992 and 1993. In 1993 she was the Ohio University Female Senior Athlete of the Year. She received the MAC Presidential Award during the 1992-1993 season.
