Jen Morris was a four-year letter winner on the Ohio softball team (1996-99). In 1996, as a freshman, she was named Second-Team All-MAC. In 1997, she was First-Team All-MAC and Honorable Mention Academic All-MAC. In 1998, she was voted First-Team All-MAC and Second-Team All-District. She led the MAC in batting average with .408, total hits (73), and total bases (98). In the summer of 1998, she played for the Puerto Rican National Team. She was drafted 39th overall by the Durham Dragons in the WPSLA 1999 Senior Draft. She remains number one in the record book for number of doubles hit (55), batting average (.367), hits (257).
