Douglas Grebe was a notable member and leader of the men’s swim and dive team from 1995-99. Grebe was a successful student-athlete and remains one of the program’s top performers as he still owns three team records including the 400 IM, 1000 and 1650 freestyle. Throughout his career, Grebe earned three First Team All-MAC honors (1996, 1997, 1998) and was named to the 1999 Second Team All-MAC. The team captain was also a 1999 recipient of the MAC Presidential Award. Grebe’s success continued in the classroom; he is a three-time Academic All-American (1996, 1997, 1998) and Academic All-MAC honoree (1997, 1998, 1999). Â
