Dave Jamerson was the leading scorer on Ohio's basketball team with 2,336 career points. He was drafted by the Miami Heat, then traded to the Houston Rockets. He had a brief career with the Rockets. He was the MVP of the Mid-American Conference in 1990 and First Team All-MAC in 1989 and 1990. He was MVP in 1989 and 1990. He once held 14 MAC and Ohio records, including the single-game mark of 60 points (vs. Charleston). He had 239 3-point goals in his career. He participated in the U.S. Olympic Festival of 1987 and several post season invitational tournaments. He captained the team in 1989 and 1990. He was also in the MVP Volunteer Classic and on an All-Tournament team.
