Becky Walters (Rafferty) is the all-time scorer in field hockey at Ohio University with 63 career goals, at the time of induction. She led her team to a co-championship (16-4-1) in 1982. She scored 34% of Ohio’s goals that season. Her total of 63 career goals was 17 more than anyone had ever scored in Ohio. She tallied 16 in 1978, 14 in 1979, 16 in 1980 and 17 in 1981. She was the top scorer in the MAC in 1981 and named to the first team. Ohio was 10-0-1 in games she scored in during her final season. She coached field hockey at Swarthmore College (1982-1983) and Widener University (1983-1986).
