Art Lewis was an All-Ohio and All-Buckeye. In 1935, he was named Little All-American. Most notably, he blocked a punt deep in Illinois territory which contributed greatly in setting up the game’s only score and a 6-0 Ohio victory. After Ohio, he played professional football with the New York Giants. He also coached the Cleveland Rams in 1938 and became the first coach to defeat the Chicago Bears twice in a single season.
