ATHENS, Ohio— Welcome back students! We have a lot in store this week as winter seasons begin to ramp up. Check out what's ahead for Ohio Athletics in this week's Paw Prints. 
 
MEN'S BASKETBALL

The Ohio men's basketball team (9-8, 1-3 MAC) returns to action this week for two MAC matchups. Ohio opens the week on the road when they head to Toledo, Ohio on Tuesday, Jan. 17 to take on Toledo (11-6, 2-2 MAC). Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. inside Savage Arena and the game can be seen on ESPN+ The Bobcats return to Athens on Saturday, Jan. 21 to host Central Michigan (7-10, 2-2- MAC). Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. inside the Convocation Center. 
 
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

THe Ohio women's basketball team (2-13, 0-4 MAC) is back in action for two more game this week. Ohio returns to the Convo on Wednesday, Jan. 18 to host Western Michigan (7-8, 2-2 MAC). Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN+. Ohio is back on the road on Saturday, Jan. 21 when they head to Oxford, Ohio to take on Miami (6-11, 1-3 MAC). Tip-off is scheduled for 1 p.m. inside Millett Hall and cab be seen on ESPN3. 
 
SWIMMING AND DIVING
Jan. 20 / at Toledo & Buffalo Tri-Meet / Student Recreation Center Pool / Toledo, Ohio. / 5 p.m.
Jan. 21 / vs Denison / Ohio University Aquatic Center / Athens, Ohio / 1 p.m. / Watch / Senior Day
 
Ohio swimming and diving (4-2) is back in the pool for its final tri-meet and dual meet of the regular season. The weekend begins on Friday, Jan. 20 when Ohio heads to Toledo, Ohio for a trip-meet against Toledo (3-2) and Buffalo (0-2). The meet is set to begin at 5 p.m. The Bobcats then return to Athens on Saturday, Jan. 21 when the Bobcats host Denison. The meet is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. inside the Ohio University Aquatic Center and will be streamed on YouTube. 

Saturday will also serve as Senior Day for the Bobcats. 
 
TRACK & FIELD 
Jan. 20 / YSU Collegiate Invitational / Watson and Tressel Training Site / Youngstown, Ohio / 12 p.m. ET / Meet Info

After a strong opening weekend at Marshall, the Ohio track and field squad is back in action for the 2023 YSU Collegiate Invitational. The meet that is hosted by Youngstown State is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 20 inside the Watson and Tressel Training Site.

WRESTLING

The Ohio wrestling team (2-1, 2-0 MAC) begins its four-meet homestand this week. The homestand begins on Friday, Jan. 20 when Ohio hosts MAC foe Northern Illinois (5-4, 2-1 MAC). The meet is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. inside the Convocation Center and can be seen on ESPN+. Ohio is back in action inside the Convo on Sunday, Jan. 22 when the Bobcats host Cleveland State (3-4, 2-1 MAC). Meet time is scheduled for 1 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN+.
