ATHENS, Ohio -- Redshirt senior outside hitter Jaime Kosiorek (Chagrin Falls, Ohio), senior right side hitter Stephanie Olman (Maumee, Ohio) and junior outside hitter Lizzie Stephens (Dallas, Texas) each tallied 11 kills apiece, but the Ohio volleyball team (12-16, 7-8 MAC) dropped a 3-1 (22-25, 25-20, 26-24, 25-17) decision to Mid-American Conference East Division rival Bowling Green (18-10, 12-3 MAC) tonight at the Convocation Center.

"It's a great challenge to play that team," said fifth-year head coach Deane Webb. "It's a very, very different style. I think Bowling Green was adjusting to the changes that we made. We had some very different defensive looks we gave them in the first set, and they adjusted well after that. I think they did a better job tonight making the adjustments that were needed."

The Bobcats recorded a season-high 15 total teams blocks, but the Falcons posted 14 total team blocks and limited Ohio to a .099 hitting percentage.

Kosiorek just missed out on a double-double with eight digs. She matched her season high with three total blocks (one solo, two assisted) and also chipped in a service ace. The contest is scheduled to get underway at 6 p.m. and will be streamed live on ESPN3, with Jake Hromada, 'The Voice of Ohio Volleyball,' on the call alongside Gabe Genovesi.
