Captains Announced For Ohio Swim and Dive 2018-19 Season

ATHENS, Ohio – First year head coach Mason Norman announces captains of the Ohio Women's Swimming and Diving team for the 2018-19 season.

After an intra-squad exhibition meet and dual meets against Miami and Marshall, Norman has announced senior Emily Davis (Lexington, Ky.), senior Ana Henderson (Danville, Calif.), senior Nicole Hughes (Cleveland, Ohio) and junior Emilia Lahtinen (Ylojarvi, Finland) as the four captains of Ohio University Swimming and Diving for the 2018-19 season.

The 2018-19 season begins a new era, the "Norman Era", for Ohio Swimming and Diving. With the hire of first year head coach Mason Norman, who added first year head diving coach Britni Fisher and first year assistant coach Carlye Ellis to his staff, Ohio Swimming and Diving had an entirely different look as training began. Norman and his staff waited until all felt a true understanding of what individuals earned the captain title and resembled true leadership for this swim and dive squad before a decision was made.
