Eight members of the Ohio women’s soccer team have been named to the 2017 Academic All-MAC team, the Mid-American Conference announced today. Erin Beurket, Allie Curry, Courtney Daugerdas, Hannah Jaggers, Sydney Leckie, Katie McCurley, Alivia Milesky and Rianna Reese all earned the honor.

Ohio soccer senior forward Allie Curry and freshman defender Paige Knorr both earned Mid-American Conference Postseason Awards. Curry was named to the All-MAC Second Team, while Knorr earned a spot on the All-Freshman Team, the league announced today (Nov. 2).

The eighth-seeded Ohio women's soccer team (7-10-2) returns to the Mid-American Conference Tournament for the first time since 2013 on Sunday, Oct. 29 when Ohio headed back to Kent State (13-5-1) to take on the top-seeded Golden Flashes. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Dix Stadium in Kent, Ohio.
