The Ohio women’s golf team finished in ninth place at the Nittany Lion Invitational hosted by Penn State at the Penn State Golf Courses this afternoon. The Bobcats wrapped up the tournament by shooting a 297 on Sunday for a three-round total of 915 (+51).

The Ohio Women’s soccer team (5-5-0, 2-0-0 MAC) continued conference play with a 3-0 shutout over Central (5-4-1, 0-20 MAC) Michigan at Chessa Field on a warm Sunday (Sept. 24) afternoon.
Thanks to two goals from Kendall Ballard, the Ohio field hockey team (2-8, 0-2 MAC) continued the away portion of the 2017 season recording a 2-1 victory on the road against Davidson (0-8, 0-2 A10) on Sunday afternoon (Sept. 24) in Davidson, N.C.
Sophomore outside hitter Lizzie Stephens (Dallas, Texas) recorded a match-high 19 kills, and freshman middle blocker Tia Jimerson (Sugar Hill, Ga.) hit .609 with 16 kills and added four total blocks (two solo, two assisted) to help the Ohio volleyball team (7-9, 1-1 MAC) pick up its first conference win of the 2017 season with a 3-1 (25-15, 18-25, 25-23, 25-23) victory over Mid-American Conference East Division rival Akron (5-9, 1-1 MAC) on Saturday (Sept. 23) at James A. Rhodes Arena.
